I LOVE MY PEEPS
What started as a slightly chaotic Easter tradition in my family – Peep-O-Rama – has become something we genuinely look forward to every year. It involves marshmallows, frosting, a lot of recycled materials… and just enough structure to spark some surprisingly creative teamwork.
As we were thinking about this month’s blog, it occurred to me how much this tradition mirrors what we see in our work with teams. The same ingredients show up every time: diverse perspectives, clear (but simple) structure, and space for people to think a little differently. Turns out, you can learn a lot about team dynamics from a table full of Peeps. Read more.
WELCOME, JOLIE!
We’re excited to welcome Jolie Merriweather to the Mazur & Co. team! A Strategic Communication student at the University of Missouri and active PRSSA member, Jolie brings a strong eye for design and a passion for thoughtful, audience-centered storytelling.
She’s already jumping in across a range of projects supporting our clients and team – and we’re glad to have her on board.
