Peggy Lents is a trailblazing leader who founded Lents & Associates (now Mazur & Co.) in 1987.  Since then, the firm has worked with diverse for-profit and nonprofit clients, locally and nationally.

Mindy Mazur is a seasoned executive leader with a passion for making a difference.  As Managing Partner of Lents Mazur & Associates, she is responsible for business development, operations, and account management.
