This Fourth of July, my family hosted our 23rd annual backyard party—with more than 120 people stopping by throughout the afternoon. Somewhere between the Budweisers and the backyard banter, it hit me: this gathering reflects the story of Mazur & Co. just as much as any pitch deck ever could.

We build relationships. We connect people. And – just like this party – we work hard to bring clarity, energy, and even celebration into the midst of complex, mission-driven work.

This July also marks six months since I became the sole owner of Mazur & Co., and we stepped fully into our new name and identity. It’s been a season full of growth, grit, and incredible client partnerships – and I couldn’t be more proud of the team making it happen.

We’ve received some amazing feedback lately – like:

  • “Channing is fantastic.”
  • “Jarrett is great – responsive, flexible, and smart.”
  • “Shout out to Camille… SUCH a great hire.”
  • “We couldn’t have done it without Mazur & Co.”

If you’re curious what else we’ve been up to – and how we’re talking about the future of our work – you can read the full reflection here:
