Stacie Temple

With more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and organizational leadership, Stacie Temple is a seasoned consultant who helps mission-driven organizations communicate with clarity, credibility, and impact. 

As Managing Partner of Temple Strategy Group, she guided public- and private-sector clients through major initiatives, brand launches, and policy transitions with thoughtful strategy and creative execution.Stacie’s career spans leadership roles in nonprofits, government, and the private sector. 

She served as Communications Director for the Missouri Secretary of State’s Office, where she led statewide media relations, crisis communications, and public education initiatives on complex legal and voting issues.  As a Communications Project Manager at The Pew Charitable Trusts, she developed research-driven messages, publications, and campaigns to strengthen election administration across the country. Stacie began her career with State Farm Insurance Companies, directing public affairs and community relations initiatives across Missouri and creating engagement models adopted nationwide. 

Her expertise includes strategic communications planning, brand management, stakeholder engagement, community outreach, internal communications, and project and event management.Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a collaborative partner and trusted advisor.

Stacie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Administration from Drury University.  She is a Certified Wellness Coach through the Catalyst Coaching Institute and serves on the Missouri Youth Services Institute Board of Directors.

Stacie enjoys running, reading, and traveling; her happy place is on the tennis or pickleball courts near her home in Sarasota, Florida.
